I design and build
things for the web.
Hey there ๐ I'm Aleksa. I build fast, good-looking websites and apps that actually hold up when real people use them.
About Me
As soon as I got my first PC as a kid, I was basically glued to the screen. My actual start in web dev was figuring out how to build a forum for my Counter-Strike 1.6 clan and host our own server. Once I started tinkering with that stuff, the rabbit hole never really ended.
I went on to get a Bachelor's in Computer Science, which helped a lot with the fundamentals. But honestly, most of what I actually know comes from late nights, side projects, and breaking things until they worked. Browser extensions, full-stack apps, portfolio sites, all kinds of stuff. Each project taught me something the last one didn't.
What keeps me going is making things that feel good to use. Not just functional, but fast, accessible, and put together with care. If a page takes forever to load or the UI feels clunky, that bugs me. So I try to make sure it doesn't.
